ITS International works with its clients on the basis of a ‘recruitment services agreement’
or a letter of understanding covering the basic terms and conditions required by both parties.
Once the basic conditions have been agreed upon, ITS International requests from the client for one time
only:
• Corporate Synopsis of the client’s organization, its history, and current activities.
•
Details of the client’s benefits package.
• Description and/or brochures of the work-location(s) environment.
• Copy of the client's employee handbook or brochure, where applicable.
This
enables ITS Inernational to effectively respond to the client’s specific requirements and achieve the closest match
between an applicant’s profile and skill-set and the client’s open positions.
For each Job Search request, ITS International requires the following information from its clients:
•
Role title and description
• Duties & responsibilities
• Up and down reporting lines
• Managerial or technical skills required
• Skill level and years of experience required
•
Education and certification requirements
• Desired 'Soft' skills (presentation or communication skills, written
& spoken languages, specific non-technical skills, etc.)
• Position salary or salary range, as well as
applicable benefits package
• Duration of contract
• Desired start date
ITS International responds to its clients requests with CV's of candidates that have been screened, vetted, interviewed
and reference-checked.
Thereafter, ITS International organizes candidate
interviews and remains involved - to the extent desired by the client - in offer and contract negotiations, visa preparations and
travel arrangements.
